Meet Our Team
Amish Shah has been demonstrating sales success and leadership in the recruiting industry since 1995. He is known for an entrepreneurial spirit and is well respected by candidates and companies for his do what it takes attitude and “win-win” philosophy. Venture Capital firms and C-level executives call him directly when they need to find that Game Changer to add to the team. Amish is also Managing Partner of Sierra Maya Ventures, a Seed, Angel and Early Stage Capital fund, is Founder of global esports venture ReKTGlobal, and serves as a Board Member and Advisor for early stage companies around the globe.
Sandy Bleich, located in the Boston/New England office, has over 25 years of experience as a technology executive. She brings a unique perspective to our search practice having worked as a Product, Marketing and Sales executive in the financial services, telecommunication and software sectors before transitioning into search in 2005. With success in both large corporate and start-up environments hiring for Product, Sales and C-Level Executives, Sandy was the lead recruiter at Allison International and also ran her own practice, SGB Executive Search. She has global experience and was based in Europe for over ten years. As a recruiter, clients and candidates have consistently recognized her as an excellent communicator and valued partner.
Marc Fox, based in the New Jersey office, has been in the recruiting industry since 1996. He began his career as a college intern from NJIT doing research and learning the industry from the ground up. Marc has successfully placed Sales, Sales Management, and technical Pre/Post Sales candidates across the entire high tech industry with early stage startups to publicly traded companies and maintains high level relationships with his clientele.
Kathy Gwozdz, based in the New Jersey office, has a diverse background of recruiting across Sales, Product, Marketing and Analytics working directly with candidates and clients at a high level; something she has been doing in the recruiting industry since 1998. Her persistent and relentless pursuit in the thrill of finding the ideal person for the right opportunity makes it a “win-win” for her clientele. She is very creative and knows how to strategically create ways to make it happen.
Mark Cergol, based in the New York City office, developed his Software Sales specialty for the high tech industry beginning in 1997 by working for early to mid-stage startups and big publicly traded companies like Computer Associates. Mark has experience in Security, Storage, Data Modeling, Identity Management Software and SaaS for Fortune 500 companies. His industry knowledge and the network of long-term relationships he has built through the years gives him an edge on the competition.

Molly Gamache, based in the Boston/New England office, has been a certifiable Task Master since 1993. She honed her communication skills and the ability to be calm under pressure by supporting a veteran Financial Planner through the sudden highs and lows of the stock market. She provides our company with strong organization, focus and motivation to allow our recruiters the ability to be more productive for our clientele.
