With their Chief Executive Officer in place, Fronto began looking for a VP of Sales to establish and grow a customer base for the Fronto product. The employee would be the company’s second hire, and needed to bring a successful track record at a launching mobile startup company. With Fronto in early stage, the hire would be building business from scratch, and would need to demonstrate the aptitude to do so.


The result was the hiring of Kelly McGrath for the role. McGrath is a Science, Technology & Society graduate from Stanford with a successful background in business development, sales and marketing for technology startups. He joins NBT America from PlayHaven, an end-to-end business engine for mobile gaming developers, where he was the Manager of Publisher Development, prior to which he was the VP of Sales. McGrath is well-versed in the mobile space, with a background that also includes mobile iOS development.
