This person would define the needs of the marketing arm and put the right systems, technologies, tools and processes in place to build the marketing operations function and establish communications and responsibilities across the organization. The results of the search was the hiring of Tom Kahana for the role. He joins Trusteer from Progress Software, where he served as Marketing Operations Manager. He brings a track record of experience and success in marketing execution and operations. Kahana did incredibly well in the role, receiving accolades from the company and receiving promotion within six months of starting. Millennium Search continued to be a trusted recruiting partner for Trusteer, filling several additional positions as the grew and scaled until their acquisition by IBM in 2013.
