Analytics and data science professionals are in high demand, but with industry specific experience being a driving factor in the effectiveness of data literate professionals, locating the right talent for the right organization is difficult. The value of capturing the right analytics talent for growing organizations is undeniable, empowering companies with significant enhancement to their decision-making abilities. Amid rapid and continuing growth, VideoBlocks knew the tremendous impact that the right people could make, and began to build and scale their analytics team. They approached Millennium Search to locate an Analytics Manager. VideoBlocks needed someone highly capable of managing their testing pipeline and conducting marketing, content and product analyses, all while fitting into their unique and exciting culture.
As a result of the search, VideoBlocks hired Kristin Keohan, a statistician that is well versed in data manipulation and modeling, business intelligence tools, and predictive analytics. Keohan has a Masters in International Trade, Finance and Development from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire. She is a master of several data-focused technologies, including SAS, Google Analytics, R, VBA and SQL. She joins VideoBlocks from Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was a Senior Consultant. Sandy Bleich, located in the Boston/New England office, has over 25 years of experience as a technology executive. Sandy met the hiring manager TJ Leonard several years ago initially as a candidate, when she placed him at Vlingo as Director of Product Marketing. Years later, the candidate became the client, as Leonard was in search of marketing and product talent for VideoBlocks. Having had a very positive experience in the past, Leonard knew he could rely on Sandy to identify and engage quality candidates.
